Good Afternoon,
I would like to provide some feedback on my experience dealing with your company. I purchased a car last week and I have to say it was a very easy and positive experience. I have never dealt with your company before so was not sure what to expect. Shane Pearce was my salesperson and I have to say he was excellent. When I came into the yard, I told him what I was looking for and my approximate budget. He listened to what I said and showed me several cars including a car that I had not previously thought of purchasing. He showed me the other cars that I had originally come to look at and then let me make my own mind up with no pushing or coercing. He just broadened my choices by giving me other options. Even I was surprised when I chose the Cerato Koup in silver. I had wanted to buy a red Rio or Cerato Hatch but loved the Koup after he showed it to me and told me about all the features it had. He was very personable and even after I had signed on the dotted line to purchase the vehicle he was helpful. (this is something that sometimes disappears with some salespeople once you have signed a contract) I have to say my whole experience was enjoyable and I am very happy with my new Cerato Koup. Every person I dealt with was professional and friendly. Thank you very much and I will tell my family and friends about what a great company you are to deal with.

Hi Craig,
Just wanted to thank you for fitting my Nissan Murano in today. We were in a real bind this morning and your help in fitting me into your schedule and basically diagnosing the problem more or less on site was absolutely phenomenal and a breath of fresh air after my experience up the road.
